``` This is a brief HTML mockup. The environment is set to repeat a twinkling star background, imitating the behavior of substrates. Given the Comic Sans MS font and light blue color, it captures Web 1.0 style with a cryptic look. The poem formatted text hints the requirement of exchange or trade and demands the users to discover, decipher, and decode. It also uses SVG with simple geometry and randomly assigned colors. Some vague yet retro-feeling images about the mystical journey and the Internet Archive are used to retain the theme (Note that the randomColor() function would need to be defined in a script to function properly)
